Cisco Unity Express 8.6.9 mailbox create error message

When I was creating a voice mailbox thru Cisco Unity Express(CUE) 8.6.9 GUI mode, I got below "Mailbox create error"

Errors reported while adding –
Mailbox create error: There is no active mailbox license.

 

 

1. Check a status CUE license

– Login CUE module session
– Execute "show license" on the CLI
– License type is "Evaluation" and active status, but EULA not accepted.

  

 

 

2. Activate voicemail mailbox

– Apply command on CLI :

CUE# license active voicemail mailboxes 50

 – Then, "y"

  

 

 

 3. "Show license" again

  

 

 4. Also check how many ports are allocated to voicemail application
