1. Download latest CUE and language pack from Cisco website.

* Download from /Cisco Interfaces and Modules/Services-Ready Engine (SRE) Modules/Unity Express for SRE /Unity Express Complete Installation File Set-8.6.9

 

2. Extract a file on FTP server (local or remote)

3. Add additional language pack on FTP folder (ex, /cue-vm-k9.SPA.sme.8.6.9)

US language pack : cue-vm-en_US-langpack.sme.8.6.9.prt1
 

4. Login SRE
