You can create many users to access Ciscoworks on under different profile. If you want to import a someone’s nice layout network map topology, here is the way.
go to Ciscoworks server and copy file 688952.xml(or whatever named on the map you want to copy) from users’s directory (C:\Ciscoworks LMS\campus\etc\users\)
688952.xml would be "Symmetric" type of topology style
