How to setup HP laserjet 1012 on win7

Yes, HP LaserJet 1012 does not provide MS windows 7 driver. However there is some way to use it.

1. Go to "Devices and Printers" and click "Add a Printer"

2. Choose "Add a local printer"

 

 

3. Choose "DOT4xx" for the port ( HP LaserJet 1012 should be plugged in your computer by USB before this option)

 

4. And choose the built in windows 7 HP LaserJet 3055PCL5 driver.
