How to disable syslog error opening tftp://255.255.255.255

I am getting below message from Cisco Voice Gateway Router at work.

Where those are coming from? and how to disable the error message.

It is old command or serivce( whatever you called ) to update router configuration file.

To disable the service,

no service config
no boot network
