In order to remove a FortiClient software in Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012R2, we had to get in a Safe mode first.
For the 2012R2, just hit F8 during the rebooting process. However, hitting F8 or F4/F5 won’t work in Windows 10. So, we went to msconfig option mode to set manually Safe mode and rebooted.
Windows Start > msconfig
